websites.
To the extent
these online tracking technologies are deemed to

requirements).
No purpose in this notice will require
us keeping your personal information for
longer than
the period
of time in which users have an account with us
.
When we have no
ongoing legitimate business need to process
your personal information, we will either
delete or
anonymize
such information, or, if this is not possible
(for example, because your personal
information has been stored in backup
archives), then we will securely store your

knowingly collect, solicit data from, or
market to children under 18 years of age or the
equivalent age as specified by law in your
jurisdiction,

information. By using the Services, you
represent that you are at least 18 or the
equivalent age as specified by law in your
jurisdiction or
that you are the parent or guardian of such a
minor and consent to such minor dependent’s
use of the Services. If we learn that personal
information from users less than 18 years of
age or the
equivalent age as specified by law in your
jurisdiction

account and take reasonable measures to
promptly delete such data from our records. If

decision-making.
If a decision that produces legal or
similarly significant effects is made solely
by automated means, we will inform you,
explain the main factors, and offer a simple
way to request human review. In
certain circumstances, you may also have the
right to object to the processing of your
personal information. You can make such a
request by contacting us by using the contact
details provided in the section "

comply with applicable legal
requirements.

or comments about your privacy rights, you may
email us at support@mariass.co
.
12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK
FEATURES
Most web
browsers and some mobile operating systems and
mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (
"DNT")
feature or setting you can activate to signal
your privacy preference not to have data about
your online browsing activities monitored and
collected. At this stage, no uniform
technology standard for recognizing
and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.
As such, we do not currently respond to DNT
browser signals or any other mechanism that
automatically communicates your choice not to
be tracked online. If a standard for online
tracking is adopted that we must follow in the
future, we will inform you about that practice
in a revised version of this Privacy
Notice.
California law
requires us to let you know how we respond to
web browser DNT signals. Because there currently
is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or
honoring DNT
signals, we do not respond to them at this
time.
